For Property Management, there is no need for a quote. We have a standard competitive price to eliminate the hassle and concerns.

Unit Turns include:

Dusting, Wiping and disinfection of all surfaces, including furniture, baseboards, counters, light fixtures, etc.
Vacuuming and mopping of all floors, carpets, and rugs (Carpet Cleaning not included)
Disinfection of all kitchen and bathroom fixtures including sinks, countertops, mirrors, appliances, etc.
Degreasing and cleaning of stove, oven and microwave.
Scrubbing and sanitizing of all showers, tubs, and toilets.
Spot cleaning of walls
Windows (Internal only)
Any specific cleaning requests you may have!

Pricing per unit size:
Studio units for a flat fee of $100!
1 Bedroom units for a flat fee of $110!
2 Bedroom units for a flat fee of $120!
3 Bedroom units for a flat fee of $130!
