Family Fresh Cleans specializes in rental turns, both single family homes as well as multifamily residences.

For Property Management, there is no need for a quote. We have a standard competitive price to eliminate the hassle and concerns.

Unit Turns include:

-Dusting, Wiping and disinfection of all surfaces, including furniture, baseboards, counters, light fixtures, etc.
-Vacuuming and mopping of all floors, carpets, and rugs (Carpet Cleaning not included)
-Disinfection of all kitchen and bathroom fixtures including sinks, countertops, mirrors, appliances, etc.
-Degreasing and cleaning of stove, oven and microwave.
-Scrubbing and sanitizing of all showers, tubs, and toilets.
-Spot cleaning of walls
-Windows (Internal only)
-Any specific cleaning requests you may have!

Pricing per unit size:
Studio units for a flat fee of $100!
1 Bedroom units for a flat fee of $110!
2 Bedroom units for a flat fee of $120!
3 Bedroom units for a flat fee of $130!
